Event Description |
Meet a North Korean refugee. This is North Korea Study Group's first event this semester.
Mr. Kim is a Fulbright Scholar studying comparative education at University of Minnesota. He escaped North Korea at the age of 12 and settled in South Korea. Prior to coming to the U.S. for his advanced studies, Mr. Kim was a primary school teacher in a suburban city near Seoul. He will share his stories growing up and leaving North Korea, and settling in South Korea. We are looking forward to having an in-depth, personally engaging conversation.
Please join the event at 5PM, Monday, January 30th @ Wexner G-02, Harvard Kennedy School. |
