***Request for Additional Funding, $1000 Already Approved*** The 37th Viennese Ball at Harvard brings together HKS students, partners and a few external guests for an evening of waltzing and other dancing. The traditional venue has been the Harvard Club of Boston. We were officially approved by HKS leadership to be affiliated with HKS. We are excited to bring the event back this year, after numerous requests across the student body. Venue capacity allows for max. 375 pax. We will also offer two waltzing dance lessons at HKS prior to the event with professional teachers of the Harvard Ballroom Dance Society. We also request sponsoring by the city of Vienna (last year $2000). |
