The HKS Venezuela Caucus is hosting a small, closed-doors event regarding government transitions, their successes and failures. Moncef Marzouki, Senior Fellow at the Ash Center and former President of Tunisia, will be leading the discussion. The discussion will be moderated by a HKS member of staff (TBD), likely a research fellow with familiarity with Venezuelan topics and politics. The purpose of the event is to draw lessons learned from government transitions in Tunisia and how these can apply in other contexts, such as Venezuela. |
